The Sprigg-Novak Law Firm, PLLC is a boutique firm located in the gorgeous part of far North Dallas and focused upon all aspects real estate litigation. Founded by two experienced litigators, the firm handles a wide and dynamic range of cases that include such clients as mid-to-large commercial businesses, landlords, property managers, real estate investors, homeowner associations and home and large property owners.
We handle contract disputes, lease issues with contested post-foreclosure evictions, lifting of the automatic stay in US bankruptcy Courts, and business collections all in the full spectrum of court jurisdictions. The nature of our caseload provides a newly-licensed attorney outstanding opportunities for courtroom and the full litigation experiences, with significant discovery, deposition and motion practice. The firm offers the opportunity to learn from partners with over 35 years' combined experience litigating matters at all levels of courts in the State of Texas.
We are a non-traditional firm that takes the law seriously, but not so much ourselves. Individuals who can rapidly process changing information, have work discipline, and have confidence in their ability to create solutions -yet remain themselves-are quite welcome to become a part.
