The Role
As our Receptionist, you'll be the first voice clients hear when they reach out during some of the most stressful times in their lives. This isn't just about answering phones—you'll play a critical role in helping people feel heard, understood, and confident that they've reached the right place for help. Don’t worry about what to ask callers: we will provide you with a set of questions and a checklist to help you structure the conversation so we can quickly identify the person’s needs and how we can help them.
Every day brings variety. One call might be from a property owner facing an unexpected tenant dispute, the next from a business owner dealing with a breach of contract, followed by someone navigating post-foreclosure issues. You'll quickly learn about fascinating areas of law while helping real people solve real problems.
What You'll Do
- Conduct initial intake interviews using our checklist system to gather essential information about each caller's legal matter
- Schedule consultations efficiently, matching client needs with attorney availability
- Manage front office operations including greeting in-person visitors, handling correspondence, and maintaining a professional, welcoming environment
- Coordinate with attorneys to ensure they have the information they need before consultations
